A national consultation was conducted with 109 stakeholders representing the Officer of the Prime Minister; eight ministries (Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Public Health); educational institutions, agencies, and research Organizations and local organisations as well as UN partners (UN Resident Coordinator’s Officer, ILO and UNICEF) to discuss and review the findings of the report. The consultation further engaged participants in groupwork discussions on climate change and social protection to identify entry points to strengthen their interlinkages.
